How wonderful to hear of a young teacher leading our youth to become the productive, dedicated people of the future. Also, from what I know of you, you are being a good role model of how to be a caring, giving human being.
Well done Ian.
God bless you all.
As a “relative newcomer” to town I have been SO impressed with the program you have created and support it wherever I can. A well deserved award !!!
Congratulations sir! Students deserve the best and in your case they are getting just that. And we appreciate having a place to take all those wires and bits and pieces of electronics we’ve kept in boxes. Stuffed away from the time we actually admitted we couldn’t run the damn thing, or they became obsolete. Obsolescence puts us out of our misery.
Again, great job!
So proud of you my friend. You have always been a kind, caring teacher who would always go the extra mile for a student. From your early beginnings at HPS to your success now at HHS. 👏👏
Retired Proud Principal

Congratulations, Ian!
A well-deserved award to a very fine teacher and person.
We are very happy for you.
Few are more deserving of this award. Ian has built HIS robotics program from scratch. on his own. He took the initiative to tap into community resources as well as involve elementary schools in his program.
His inclusive approach has allowed students of many interests and abilities to participate. He has encouraged teamwork and participation, providing all with a sense of belonging. In doing so he has instilled an interest in both school and learning. Many of his students have gone on to pursue careers in technology. Congratulations to Ian. HHS is very fortunate to have you!
It is so nice to hear something positive …especially this award for a teacher who
gives his heart , soul and time to making education exciting and interesting
for our students. We are so very proud of you Ian!
Congratulations, Ian! Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do for our kids. You and your courses are the inspiration and foundation for awesome careers! Well done and well deserved, absolutely.
