Don Lough indoor track now open by appointment

The indoor walking track in the Don Lough Arena re-opened October 13 by appointment only after being closed for months due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Drop-in use of the track is not permitted, but people can book 45-minute walking sessions up to seven days in advance according to the Town of Huntsville website.

Users must walk in one direction only as noted by signage at the track, and must wear a mask or face covering when walking through the Canada Summit Centre. When actively using the track, users can remove their mask or face covering.

Walkers (no running is permitted) must arrive prepared to walk—storage of personal belongings isn’t available and there is no access to the stairs or seats in the arena.

Washrooms in the upper Don Lough lobby will be open.

To book a 45-minute walking session visit the online booking page or call 705-789-6421.
