On Friday, the Town of Huntsville took exclusively to social media and issued a warning: “Please be advised that Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit enforcement staff and Huntsville Bylaw Enforcement officers will be monitoring Huntsville High School and the Canada Summit Centre starting the week of March 20th.
“Fines for smoking and vaping both inside and outside within 20 metres of the school, the Canada Summit Centre or in the parking lot range from $250.00 or higher under the Huntsville By-Law 2019-107 and the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017,” it added.

Today you might violate their rights to ban it.

I didn’t know you could smoke in any of these places. I went to school 65 years ago and we couldn’t smoke at the schools way back then????

A total ban by the Town on smoking on any public property would be a better move.
