Is this the same Ross Forbes that hit another car in April 2020 and was charged with in impaired then at the age of 46 and also from Utterson?

Upon reflection, might we not suppose that this is an acceptable outcome for a single car accident? No need for an injured innocent, and property damage, (if any) limited to the vehicle of the perpetrator. The driver hopefully not going through some ones fence or crushing a lawn chair. No injuries, thankfully, and except for putting our policemen to work, the event impacted the populace very little.
    Better this than something serious.

To John Oliver: Frankly, I don’t think age and/or past transgressions are always factors in these things. Fortunately, it was a single vehicle collision; no one was killed.

You would think at 48 years old, he would have known better. It’s an expensive lesson to learn and I hope for his and this families sake, he learns it.
