The U13 #1 Hawks sponsored by R&G Construction played 3 round robin games to advance us to the quarter-finals. From there you had to win to advance.

The semi-finals were a nail-biter but the Hawks secured the win by one goal to advance to the finals.

We met up with the first place team in our division. They scored the first goal 30 seconds in and very soon after the Hawks tied it up. It was back and forth goal-for-goal throughout the game but the Hawks took a 6-5 win, in the end, to secure gold and bring home the banner!

Great season Hawks! One for the books for sure. For the purists, the A division this year was reduced from 20 teams to a 10 team super series and the bottom 10 teams in A went to the B division taking our mid B ranking and putting us in the top of C.
The winners of the B division were West Durham who the Hawks beat easily in the Braver than Brave tournament in Oshawa prior to Provincials. Exceptional effort fellas!
