A vehicle was stopped on the Highway 11 / Highway 17 by-pass in the City of North Bay and the driver was arrested and charged.
On May 11, 2023, just before 1:00 p.m., members of the Criminal Investigations Unit of the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop.
As a result of the investigation Kyle ROGERS, a 39-year-old from Huntsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of operation while prohibited under the criminal code.
The driver was held in custody and scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on May 15, 2023.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for 45 days.
