A message from the Town of Huntsville
Following Simcoe-Muskoka public health unit’s entry into Stage 3 of the Province’s re-opening plan, starting today July 17, 2020 the Town of Huntsville has lifted restrictions on the following outdoor amenities:
• Soccer fields at Conroy Park – Physical distancing must be maintained, except if playing a team sport or as needed for personal training.
• All Town outdoor playgrounds, play structures and equipment. Residents are reminded to wash or sanitize hands frequently before and after use of the structures as they will not be sanitized. Please continue to maintain a two-metre physical distance from those not in your household. If the play area is busy, residents are encouraged to seek an alternate play structure or return at a later time.
The following areas will continue to remain closed until further notice:
• Sports Fields (soccer and baseball diamonds) at McCulley Robertson Recreation Park are closed due to maintenance and or construction. Please continue to obey all posted signage.
• Canada Summit Centre and Active Living Centre will continue to remain closed until further notice. Please continue to monitor huntsville.ca for updates.
