Potential candidates are invited to attend a free candidate information session on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. No registration required.

This session is hosted in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and will provide attendees with information on:

• Roles and responsibilities of elected officials, staff and third-party advertisers
• Eligibility rules
• Nomination process
• Campaign finances
• Compliance audit
• Voters’ list
• Scrutineers
• Recounts
• Resources

Nominations may be filed between May 2 and August 19, 2022.
