Talent always shines at Etwell Concert Series

Once again, some amazing Canadian talent has been recruited for a new season of the always well-attended Etwell Concert Series.

The first sold-out show already took place on April 9 featuring Wild T and the Spirit. On May 7, Raoul and the Big Time will be performing at the Huntsville Legion. Raoul Bhaneja is a musical performer and actor. He is playing the lead roll in Disgraced, an off-Mirvish show in April. Raoul and the Big Time have been at the top of the Canadian blues scene since 1999. Showtime is from 8 to 11 p.m. Tickets are $20 and are available from Cripple Creek Music.

The outdoor series begins on June 26 with the Etwell Women’s Blues Revue featuring Cheryl Lescom, Lisa Hutchinson and Tamica Herod. This is a prime opportunity for music lovers to rock out in an intimate setting out Etwell Road at the home of Bill and Jeanine Spring.

The series will run most Sundays through the summer and fall and includes a mixture of returning and new artists.

On July 10, the Spring’s will host the 2nd annual Etwell Bluesfest featuring the Paul Deslauriers Band, David Vest and Tobin Spring.
