Staples raises more than $1,000 to help Big Brother Big Sisters provide school supplies to local students

Staples in Huntsville has partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muskoka to help bring school supplies to local youth. Through a number of in-store initiatives, the retailer has raised over $1,000 to donate to this cause.

Rebecca Paul of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muskoka explains, “This donation extends throughout the school year so that if a child requires a new backpack or lunch kit or pens and so forth at any time, Staples will help them out and we’re happy to be the go-between to make it happen.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muskoka offers a variety of mentorship programs for youth throughout the District. For information on donating, volunteer, or to register for a program, please visit: muskoka.bigbrothersbigsisters.ca.
