The Huntsville Soccer Club is excited to announce the eight-week Youth Indoor Soccer Skills Program is returning for the 2019 season starting January 10.
This very affordable and fun program is ideal for players born between 2007-2014 and is a great way to keep your child active through the winter and help them improve on their technical abilities.
With knowledgeable, Ontario Soccer Association certified coaches running the programs under the supervision of Huntsville Soccer Club executives, the indoor soccer program will focus on learning new skills, playing small-sided games and most of all having fun!
Taking place on Thursday evenings at Huntsville High School, the 2019 Youth Indoor Skills Program consists of 50 per cent skill development and 50 per cent small-sided games with a final scrimmage in a non-competitive, fun and relaxed atmosphere. Age groups will be separated into two time slots, each running one hour in length between 6- 8 p.m.
The 2019 Youth Indoor Skills Soccer Program is not a league. Parents should understand that here are no fixed teams, champions, medals, standings or scorers. In fact, no prior soccer experience is required to sign up for the program. The stress is on skill development to give youth a chance to grow their talents and love of the game as the program is geared towards having fun while learning how to do something new and even perfecting skills they already have. The Huntsville Soccer Club wants to give youth a positive soccer experience.
Cost for the 2019 Youth Indoor Soccer Skills Program is $40 per child and includes a Huntsville Soccer Club t-shirt to wear each week.
Registration for the 2019 Youth Indoor Soccer Skills Program is open NOW at www.huntsvillesoccer.ca.
The Huntsville Soccer Club is also offering a new, indoor co-ed league, in conjunction with the Bracebridge Soccer Club, for U8, U10, U12, and U13 player.
