Rain or shine, there were smiles all around at Sandhill Nursery’s annual Fall Festival with all donations going to Huntsville Hospice.
With great performances by fire dancer Scarlet Black and the Cameron of Lochiel Pipes and Drums on Saturday and loads of pumpkins!
A fan favourite was “Shoot for Hospice” pumpkin slingshot. Players pay $2 for a pumpkin or $3 for five with all proceeds going to Huntsville Hospice. The Spartaros and McColls tried their luck and hit the target, qualifying them for a $500 draw for a gift certificate to the nursery. Tic-tac-toe, pumpkin bowling, plenty of photo-ops and simply enjoying the nursery at its most colourful season—there were activities for everyone.
Entrance to the Festival is free but donations to Hospice Huntsville are encouraged.
There is one more weekend left. Check out Sandhill Nursery’s amazing decorations and activities aimed at young and older alike in support of Hospice Huntsville. You can also donate here.
