    Thanks, Grant. Wise and powerful words from a wise and wonderful man. You are someone to whom I look up all the time. There is no doubt about the hurtfulness of words, especially the ones you mentioned in your talk. I have been on both sides of this conversation and still feel badly about the hurt I have caused simply by words spoken.
