    I agree with Grant. Pipeman was such an exciting concept in the planning and a wonderful, thoughtful gift of art. I grew up in Huntsville but other than visits I haven’t lived there since 1962, however I was so proud that my home town would enjoy such an unusual piece of art.
    Possibly with some passing of time, Pipeman will find acceptance although it will no longer be “avant garde.” It seems to be true, times change quickly but attitudes are very slow to catch up.
