The Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who broke into two commercial businesses in Gravenhurst.
On April 18, 2024, Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report of two break-and-enters that had occurred at addresses on Talisman Drive, one at a quick service restaurant and the second in the same strip mall several storefronts away at a business under renovation. The suspect entered the restaurant through a broken window and with the assistance of evidence collected at the scene, it was determined that the suspect broke into the businesses just after 5:30 a.m. The suspect made off with a small amount of cash.
