OPP seek assistance identifying individual in downtown mischief investigation

The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a mischief incident in the Town of Huntsville.

On September 15, 2024, around midnight, five individuals damaged flowers and planters outside a local business on Main Street East, throwing them onto the street and sidewalk. At this time, investigators are actively looking for information that may lead to the identification of the individuals responsible.

    Now that the suspects have been identified, it’s a shame all that energy they used to destroy the planters is not put to good use. Find someone who needs 20 to 30 cord of wood piled. They will gain the knowledge of how it is piled, build up muscle and that there are always consequences for their behaviour.

    If you know who he is, just let the court know his address, then they can send him a letter telling him how disappointed they are in his behaviour and that he should be more careful in the future and that if he does it again he may receive another one.
