The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Muskoka Crime Unit are currently investigating an assault that occurred in the Town of Huntsville.
On October 24, 2023, at approximately 3:15 am Huntsville OPP responded to a call from a 32-year-old male that was a victim of an assault on Susan Street in Huntsville. The victim was transported to a local hospital and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The Huntsville OPP want to assure the public that there are no public safety concerns. More information will be released when it is available.
