NOTICE – LAND TITLES ACT

TO: Any members of the General Public having title interest with respect to Fairy Lake.

RE: Lands under Application: Part Lot 20, Concession 2, Chaffey, being Parts 1 to 34, as shown on the draft reference plan dated June 8, 2026 and signed by Ophir N. Dzaldov, O.L.S., Together with an easement over Parts 35 and 36, on the said draft reference plan, as in DM241924; Subject to an easement in gross over Parts 4 to 11, 13, 14 and 24 to 32, on the said draft reference plan, as in MT263110 (Partially Released by MT293920); Subject to an easement over Parts 4 to 11, 13 and 14, on the said draft reference plan, in favour of Part of Lot 19-20, Concession 2, as in DM216250, except Part 1, 35R-21577, Chaffey as in MT263111; Subject to an easement in gross as in MT285645; Subject to an easement in gross, as in MT297429; Subject to an easement over Parts 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 33, on the said draft reference plan, in favour of Part 16, 35R-11082 as in MT301408; Subject to an easement over Parts 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29 and 33, on the said draft reference plan, as in MT306018; Town of Huntsville.

Being all of PIN 48084-0505(LT).

The said plan is attached to a Notice of Application for Absolute Title registered as Instrument MT324612 and is available for inspection at the office of the Solicitor for the Applicant:

TAKE NOTICE THAT Crescent Bay GP Corp. in its capacity as general partner for Crescent Bay LP, herein called the applicant, has made application registered as MT324612 to be registered under the Land Titles Act as the owner in fee simple with an absolute title to the above-described land, being PIN 48084-0505(LT).

AND TAKE NOTICE THAT any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said land or any part of it is required on or before July 11, 2026, to file a statement of objection, verified by affidavit, directed to the Land Registrar at the address of the solicitor for the Applicant set out above.  If no such statement of objection is filed by July 11, 2026, I shall proceed with the application, and any interest you may claim in the subject property may be thereby extinguished, and you may not be entitled to receive any further notice with respect to the proceedings.

    A map with this notice would be helpful, because most of us don’t have a concession map handy.
