The applicant for the company was before Huntsville’s planning committee at its June 15 meeting, seeking site plan approval for the construction of an estimated 440 m² canopy, and a 264.4 m² expansion to its warehouse.
Muskoka Rent-All is located at 11 Howland Drive on a property that measures approximately 8,531.5m² in area, with 90m of road frontage, according to planning staff. It specializes in equipment sales and rentals as well as repairs.
“Relocation and removal of the accessory buildings will be required to ensure they are appropriately set back from property lines and ensure conformity with Zoning By-law provisions,” stated Huntsville planner Kelsea Shadlock in her planning report to committee.
Committee unanimously approved the site plan agreement, and committee chair and Deputy Mayor Nancy Alcock referred to Muskoka Rent-All’s expansion plans as “exciting.”
