A 26-year-old male was arrested for the allegedly impaired operation of a vehicle at 6:45 am this morning, Saturday, December 17, according to Huntsville OPP on Twitter.
OPP found alcohol and cannabis in the vehicle. The driver had his vehicle impounded for 7 days, license suspended for 90 days and a court date is scheduled for the New Year.
The name of the defendant was not released, nor his place of residence.
