Some brave souls welcomed the New Year by chilling for a good cause on New Year’s Day. They participated in the Huntsville Polar Bear Dip Annual Charity Fundraiser by dipping in the cold waters of Peninsula Lake this afternoon.
The Huntsville Polar Bear Dip partnered with Canada Helps, Community Living Huntsville, and Hidden Valley Resort and managed to surpass its goal of $3,500 by raising $4, 715 for Community Living Huntsville.
