Huntsville OPP Detachment announces new Community Safety Officer

Huntsville OPP is welcoming Officer Ted Warman to his new position of Community Safety Officer (CSO) and Media Officer for the communities of Lake of Bays and Huntsville.

PC Warman will be working with schools and can assist with safety plans and presentations on topics including bullying and youth mental health. PC Warman will also be working with community members on crime prevention. To reach PC Warman you can call the Huntsville Detachment at 705-789-5551.

    Excellent idea!!
    I remember the wonderful work the previous OPP officers did at HHS. It was really effective and it diffused a lot of issues that might have occurred had these very charismatic and caring constables not intervened.
    It’s a very important link these days in our communities.
