The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Nathan Herman is described as a mixed-race-Black/Caucasian male 55 years old, 5’7″ (173cm), 200lbs (91kg) with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has two tattoos:
- Right upper arm – Boxing gloves with wings
- Left upper arm – “Ashley”
Herman is serving a 2-year, 3-month sentence for:
- Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon
- Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
- Possession of a fraudulent identity document
The offender is known to frequent the Kitchener – Waterloo area, as well as Barrie and London.
