The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.
Steven MAVIS is described as an Indigenous male, 60 years of age, 5’10” (178cm), 200lbs (91kgs) with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a number of tattoos. On the left side of his neck he has a Symbol, on his upper left arm he has the word “TAT”, on his left arm “OLD SCHOOL” on his left forearm a cross, on his left ring finger a Crown . On his right upper arm he has a Horned Ghoul, on his right forearm a snake, on his right wrist a witch.
He is currently serving a five (5) year and one (1) month sentence for 3 counts of Possession of schedule I/II for Purpose of Trafficking, and 2 counts of Operate MV While Disqualified.
The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa, Toronto, Sudbury and North Bay areas.
