Happy Canada Day Huntsville. While the weather forecast is calling for light rain, festivities for our community celebration at Muskoka Heritage Place Village will continue as planned this morning, outdoors at 88 Brunel Road. Please come dressed in your best red and white rain gear as we celebrate with breakfast, Canada Day messages, and cupcakes. Gates open at 9:00 am.
Fireworks are still scheduled to take place at 10:00 pm tonight, over Hunters Bay. However, if the weather changes and fireworks require rescheduling, updates will be communicated on the Huntsville / Lake of Bays Fire Department facebook page.
