Justice G. Beatty has ordered a publication ban on the case involving Jordan Dean Riley, a former Huntsville High School teacher.
Riley has been charged with two counts of Adult Sexual Assault and two counts of Adult Sexual Exploitation.
The charges stem from an alleged series of sexual assaults between 2001 and 2003.
Riley was not present at criminal case management court proceedings held remotely today, August 18, 2021.
The matter is scheduled to return to court on September 15, 2021.
Court heard that Peter Thorning, a lawyer out of Toronto, will serve as counsel for Riley.
