Applications open for the District’s Pay It Forward grants

We are Better Together: Pay it Forward Muskoka

The District’s Pay it Forward (PIF) Program is a Community Investment Grant Program supporting local grassroots initiatives aiming to build a stronger Muskoka. Grants of up to $2,500 are available to community groups who have a project or initiative that will:

• Fill a strategic need in the community;
• Enhance community support and leadership;
• Create positive change;
• Improve the quality of life of our vulnerable citizens.

Applications can be completed online or are available for pick up at any of the District’s Community Services Hub locations.

Applications will be received until 4:30 p.m. Monday April 8, 2019.

Past PIF grant recipients include initiatives such as The Clothes Closet, Muskoka Shoebox Project and Bring on the Prom. For more information on the Pay it Forward Program including a complete list of previous grant recipients, visit www.muskoka.on.ca/payitforward.
