Access to Cliff Ave between Meadow Park and Morris Ave will be closed

Please be advised that the District Municipality of Muskoka and Trisan Construction will be Installing 610mm Forcemain pipe starting December 3rd and 4th, 2024.

Closure date and time

Tuesday, December 3, 2024 to Wednesday December 4th, 2024.

Closure location and Limited Driveway Access Morris Ave

Cliff Ave is between Meadow Park and Morris Ave. Driveway access on the south side of Morris will be limited during the above-noted two-day period.

Description
All access to Cliff Ave between Meadow Park and Morris Ave will be closed while the Forcemain pipe is being installed between the above noted areas Sidewalks will remain open. Thank you for your patience during the construction period.

Impact for travelers
Near Cliff Ave are signs indicating detour routes, access to Cliff Ave would be from Scott St to Meadow Park to Lake Dr for Locals only. Morris would be from King William, to Hanes to Morris Ave. Please plan accordingly and allow for additional travel time.

Please keep in mind the area will be a construction zone, and conditions may change daily. To ensure everyone’s safety, please plan your travel ahead of time, follow site directions and follow posted detours.

Impact to pedestrians
Sidewalks will not be affected; flag a worker to cross the road and or request to walk alongside for Cliff Ave and directions will be given.
