Utterson resident charged with impaired driving offence in school zone

Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one driver with an impaired driving-related offence today in a school zone.

On October 11, 2024, shortly before noon, at 11:05 a.m., a Bracebridge OPP officer was conducting patrol in a school zone on Wellington Street in Bracebridge and stopped a vehicle near Armstrong Street. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 45-year-old Jeremy LAMB of Utterson, ON with Operation While Impaired-Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on November 26, 2024 to answer to his charge.
