The Eclipse Holiday Market kicks off today, Friday, December 16

The second season of Eclipse “Walk with Light” is in full swing and has been a huge hit with thousands already having visited the incredibly unique light walk through a pioneer village. This year, even more lights and new installations have added to the experience to make it a must-visit. 

Also new for this 2022 holiday season, Eclipse is bringing the Eclipse Holiday Market to the trail from December 16th to the 23rd every day from 6 pm – 9 pm. Throughout the trail, visitors will be able to browse through a wide selection of incredible vendors while under the lights of  Eclipse. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there to visit every day of the market but keep an eye out for the Grinch! Enjoy live holiday-themed entertainment every night along with food and drinks from local providers (deep-fried s’mores anyone?). Entry to the Holiday Market is included in the $5 entry fee of Eclipse! 

On December 17^th get ready to experience an even more magical night when The Portage Flyer  Christmas returns to take over the Muskoka Heritage Place as a part of the Holiday Market!  Visitors can enjoy a festive evening outdoors riding the open-air Portage Flyer train which has been magically transformed with thousands of holiday lights! The train will ride along the  Muskoka River to the Fairy Lake Station where Santa is waiting to greet kids of all ages. After the train ride take a short walk up the hill and enjoy the Holiday Market and the lights at  Eclipse!
