The Cameo Blues Band playing at Etwell Concert series Aug. 6

The Cameo Blues Band was the house band at the legendary Cameo Lounge of the Hotel Isabella, the home of local blues artists in the 1970s and 80s. Its members include “Rabbit” Ray Harrison, formerly of Crowbar, John Dickey on vocals, and Omar Tunnoch on bass ( Fathead).
Lance Anderson, one of Canada’s foremost keyboard players, reflects on as a teenager attending the Cameo Lounge and being influenced by the Jerry Lee Lewis 1950’s style of keyboard playing that Ray Harrison was a master of.

The show begins at 2:45 pm at 2012 Etwell Road. Entrance is $20. Admission for children is free.
