    The Sunrise Motel started out as a few cabins owned by Charlie Eddie who then joined them to start a motel, he later sold it to Dave Dyment who expanded it to what the picture shows, Mr. Eddie I believe also started the Monument business at the corner of Meadow Park and they lived on Cliffe Av.
    The Koncan building stands there now.
