From Huntsville OPP
On November 12, 2024, at 8:20 p.m., members of the Huntsville Detachment were dispatched to a single-vehicle collision on Etwell Road. The investigation resulted in the driver being arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
Dathan MACMILLAN, aged 45, of Etobicoke, Ontario, has been charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Refusal to comply with Demand. (breath sample)
- Drive motor vehicle – no license
The accused was suspended from driving for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, Ontario, on December 31, 2024.
