MPP Norm Miller will be hosting his 4th annual Seniors’ Seminar and luncheon in Huntsville on Thursday, June 15 from 11 am – 2 pm at the Active Living Centre, 20 Park Drive. The event is free to attend and individuals can reserve a spot by calling 1-888-701-1176.
This year’s presenters will be speaking on a variety of topics. Yvonne Heath RN, TV host and author of Love Your Life To Death will be discussing our grief phobic society and how we can create a culture of change around handling end of life planning. Lorraine van Luit, Kym Brice and Judy Smith of Motivations Fitness will be talking about the importance of active aging and sharing some tips for all ability levels. Finally there will be representatives from The North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN discussing home and community care updates.
