Huntsville will be hopping with activity this weekend. If you are looking for something to do, here is a rundown of some of the things going on in the area.
Sunrise Swim for Strength
The Sunrise Swim for Strength is taking place on Saturday July 6, starting at 7am at Camp Kitchen Beach.
This event is an early morning, fully supported 1.6 km casual and non-competitive swim of the 70.3 Ironman course.
The net proceeds from the event go directly to the MSCLE project, to help fund publicly accessible fitness equipment in Huntsville.

2019 IronKids Fun Run
The Subaru IronKids Fun Run is taking place on Saturday July 6, starting at 10am in the Canada Summit Centre parking lot.
The run offers a 500m race for kids under 7 and a 1km race for those over 7.

Rotary Dockfest is taking place on Saturday July 6 in downtown Huntsville.
The festivities kick off at 11 am with the Tub Parade down Main Street. The Tub races go from noon to about 3pm on the waterfront beside River Mill Park.

2019 Subaru IRONMAN 70.3 Muskoka
The Subaru 70.3 Ironman is taking place on Sunday July 7, at the Canada Summit Centre.
The race is sold out! The organizers are expecting over 1700 athletes, 600 volunteers and 2500 spectators.
