The Huntsville High School Alpine racing teams competed in an invitational GBSSA Giant Slalom event at Georgian Peaks in Collingwood on January 15. The Level One Girls team came away two points ahead of the second place team to capture gold.

The teams practice out of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area and will race again on January 20 at Alpine Ski Club in Collingwood.
