Huntsville Public Library is excited to announce the TD Summer Reading Club 2022! All ages can participate and read for enjoyment this summer. Read any books you are interested in or read aloud to a family member. Enjoy fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, and audiobooks this summer! Borrow from your library or read books you have at home.

Register for a READsquared account to track your reading to be entered into weekly prize draws and grand prize draws for your age group. Children ages 0-12 may pick up a new orange drawstring bag courtesy of the Friends of the Library.

Huntsville Public Library staff will be on the road this summer to meet you in the community at Summer Pop-Ups! Participate in Drop-In Outdoor Storytime on Thursdays at different locations.

Sign up for Kids, Tween and Teen activities, including Make a Gnome Home, Dragon Masters Maker Activity, Summer Lego Builders Club, Wild World of Writing, Chess for Tween & Teens, and Nerf Capture the Flag for Teens. Come to a Friends of the Library Children’s Event held at the Huntsville Legion: Team T&J Interactive Music for Kids and Families, and Scales Nature Park – Reptiles at Risk.

Experience a StoryWalk® at Fairy Vista Trail and Arrowhead Provincial Park. Read the pages of a picture book along a trail while being active outside in nature.

We thank our local sponsors: The Friends of the Library, the Rotary Club of North Muskoka and Huntsville Denture Clinic.

The TD Summer Reading Club runs across Canada in over 2,000 public libraries and is developed by Toronto Public Library in partnership with Library and Archives Canada. TD Bank Group generously provides sponsorship.
