HPL maker kits

Huntsville Public Library adds Maker Kits to its lending collections

Looking for new opportunities for kids to interact and play while learning about simple coding, circuits, design, and engineering? Look no further! Huntsville Public Library is excited to introduce our newest collection: Maker Kits!

Maker Kits are hands-on tech gadgets that you may have tried at library programs.

Now you can borrow a variety of STEAM technologies including Circuit Beats, Ozobots, Magbuilder, Cubetto, Snap Circuits Junior, Strawbees, Code-a-Pillar and more.

Adult library users are welcome to borrow a maker kit for seven days to interact, play and learn together with their child or the children in their care.

Visit the Virtual Library at huntsvillelibrary.ca to view the list of Maker Kit items under Explore > Technology and learn more about the types of technologies that may be borrowed.

Check the library catalogue to see which items are available. Two maker kits will be added to the collection each week.
