Freezing drizzle advisory

Freezing Drizzle Advisory continues for Muskoka and East Parry Sound.

Issued at Mon 5:03 PM Dec. 9 by Environment and Climate Change Canada

Freezing drizzle is expected through to Tuesday morning.

Snow with a risk of freezing rain this evening is expected to change to freezing drizzle overnight. Freezing drizzle is forecast to continue into Tuesday morning before temperatures rise above the freezing mark. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways, and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Freezing drizzle can produce thin, hard-to-detect layers of ice. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.

Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
