The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.
Thomas Andrew HACKETT is described as a White Male, 50 years of age, 5′ 7″ (170 cm), 170 lbs. (77 kgs) with a fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. HACKETT has surgical scars on his right upper arm, right ankle, left ankle and abdomen. He also has several tattoos;
- ‘HACKETT’ –upper back
- ‘TOM’ -left upper arm
- A lion -left upper arm,
- ‘JESS’ -right upper arm
- ‘THE GOOD DIE YOUNG’ -right forearm
- Coat of arms -right forearm
- Leaves -right forearm
Thomas Andrew HACKETT is serving a two-year sentence for:
- operation of motor vehicle while impaired
- operation of motor vehicle while prohibited
- failure / refuse to comply with demand
- assault – intentional use of force
- fail to comply with probation order
The offender is known to frequent the Beeton, Alliston and Barrie areas.
