Dignitaries gather to welcome Krishna temple and cultural centre to Huntsville

River Mill Park was a busy place on Sunday, May 19 as members of Iskcon Muskoka organized a festival to inaugurate the Hare Krishna temple and cultural centre in downtown Huntsville, on the site of the former Capitol Theatre at 8 Main Street West. The center will include a vegetarian restaurant and gift shop, and organizers say it will be open to all community members.

If you missed the celebration last Sunday, below is a brief video and some photos of the event. Political representatives from all levels of government attended the festivities.
