Almaguin OPP is seeking the public’s assistance related to an incident on Midlothian Road in Burk’s Falls

The Almaguin Highlands Detachment of the OPP are currently investigating an incident that took place on March 10, 2024, at approximately 11:45 a.m., on Midlothian Road in Burk’s Falls.  

A caller reported they were driving and observed a person lying beside a bicycle on the roadway. The caller stopped and opened their door to ask if the person required help. At that time the caller observed two other persons running towards their vehicle. The caller closed their door and left immediately.

Police are continuing to investigate and any person(s) with information regarding the incident should contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
