Washroom installation at River Mill Park has begun

From the Town of Huntsville

Residents are advised that installation of the prefabricated building for the River Mill Park washroom has begun and will be followed by landscaping and other works to prepare the site for operations. The work is expected to be completed by the end of June, after which the Town plans to prepare for an official opening.

During the site preparation work, there will continue to be some parking disruptions at the River Mill Park public parking lot; however, the parking lot is still available with limited capacity. Nearby parking lots and side street parking are also available for downtown visitors. To view downtown parking options and map visit www.huntsville.ca/parking.

Presumably, the mayor will be sitting in for the official opening!

Have noticed on the parking map that areas that are usually used by employees to park are now limited to 3 hours. I guess they will receive a parking fine every day for working downtown Huntsville? Curious.
