The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is advising the public that the Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on March 23, 2024, has been apprehended in Kingston, ON.
Edward HARROD was located and arrested by the Kingston Police Service.
Edward HARROD is serving a 2 year and 8-month sentence for:
- robbery
- theft under $5000
- flight from peace officer
- operation while prohibited
- assault with intent to resist arrest
- possession of a schedule 1 substance
