This man steals a car drives into the water and is held in custody waiting a bail hearing, no one died. Yet a drunken man takes an 8 year old into a canoe at High Falls on April 7, on a cold freezing icy day – (school buses were cancelled that day). The child goes over the falls and dies, the man saves himself. All this man gets is a promise to appear. Where is the justice? A stolen car is worth than than a child’s life it appears.
