Motorists got an early Hallowe’en treat this morning when the Tiny Tots Parade wound its way along the sidewalks in downtown Huntsville.
The annual event presented by the Downtown Huntsville BIA gives wee trick-or-treaters an advance taste of the big day, with downtown merchants providing the treats.
