As the season starts to wind down and teams prepare for Provincials later this month, we still saw some exciting game action across our divisions this week (July 14-20).

 U7 vs Orillia – 4-5 Loss

A tight battle with goals coming from:

• Redmond Donia (12:00 2nd)
• Mackenzie West (06:00, 10:00 3rd – 2 goals)
• Logan Douglas (08:00 3rd)

U9-2 – Three-Game Week Recap

U9-2 vs Midland 2 – 14-2 Win

Big offensive performances with goals by:

• Gavin Millar (4 goals), Finn O’Hea, Rixon Darby, Blake Moore, Bodhi Pearson, William Lomas, Winston Peddie, and Garrett Ware

U9-2 vs Clarington 2 – 6-8 Loss

Hard-fought game with:

• Bodhi Pearson (4 goals), Rixon Darby, and Gavin Clancy

U9-2 vs Clarington – 4-4 Tie

Another strong effort:

• Rixon Darby (2 goals), Bodhi Pearson, and Gavin Millar

 U13 vs Midland 3 – 14-2 Win

A dominant game led by:

• Presley Schmeler (5 goals), Gabriel Dinner (2), Hudson McNabb (2), and scoring from Silas Cochrane, Nevin French (2), Kael Liadis, and Calvin Shirtliff

U17 vs Orillia – 8-5 Win

Another solid team effort with:

• Oren French (hat trick), Carter Quinlan (2), and goals from Hudson Francis, Carson Frasier, and Koda Peltier

Looking Ahead

With Provincials on the horizon, teams are sharpening their game while still competing hard each week. Keep grinding, Hawks – your hard work is paying off!
