On Friday, March 31, The Swingin’ Blackjacks will kickstart the Etwell Concert Series season. Drawing on the rebel attitude of early rock ‘n’ roll, jump blues and honkytonk twang, Matt Allen and the band will bring that energy to the Huntsville Legion. Bass player Gary Kendall from the Downchild Blues Band and renowned drummer Adam David are the backbone of this great trio. Concession 8 will open at 7:30 pm.
The Etwell Concert Series is putting the final touches on its 2023 season. There’ll get you a complete schedule in the next few weeks. Etwell outdoor shows will begin June 4 and run most Sundays ( except Aug 20 and 27 ) until Sept 24. Sunday showtimes are 2:45 to 6 pm.
