Spin the Lakes Cycling Tour returns to raise funds for mental health

Get ready to pedal through picturesque Muskoka landscapes and exhilarating routes as the Spin the Lakes Cycling Tour event gears up for another thrilling edition on Saturday, May 25, 2024. 

Cyclists of all skill levels are invited to participate in the charitable endeavor, pedaling through scenic  routes while making a positive difference in the lives of those in need. Every dollar raised will help  support the work of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Muskoka Parry Sound (CMAH MPS).  

Participants will not only enjoy a memorable ride but also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and supporters of the cause. With well-marked routes and support stations along the way, cyclists can focus on enjoying the ride while CMAH MPS dedicated team ensures a smooth and safe experience.  

“With mental health and addiction concerns on the rise, it’s more important than ever to come together  as a community and show our support,” says Diane Brown-Demarco, Executive Director of CMHA  MPS. “Through Spin the Lakes, we aim to raise awareness, spark conversations, and provide crucial  resources in support of those living with mental health and addiction challenges.” 

In addition to the main ride, riders will enjoy a complimentary lunch, a gift bag, and entertainment.
