Mike Welsh and Jim Schiedel invite community members to clear out their treasures or hunt for hidden gems at the 2026 Car Boot Sale in Huntsville on June 6.

Mark your calendar and join the fun at the Rotary Club of North Muskoka Car Boot Sale on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Canada Summit Centre parking lot, 20 Park Drive, in Huntsville.

Whether you’re hunting for hidden gems or looking to clear out your own treasures, this community event is the perfect place to connect with more than 30 vendors and a steady crowd of bargain hunters, collectors, and curious browsers. Expect a mix of secondhand items, handmade goods, and one-of-a-kind finds – you never know what you’ll discover.

“Car boot sales – or trunk sales – are like a big, relaxed, and fun neighbourhood yard sale,” says Andrew Zanier, president of the Rotary Club of North Muskoka.

People with items to sell pull in, pop their trunks, and set up their displays, then welcome shoppers searching for some one-of-a-kind items, all while helping fund programs that make a difference in the community.

“It’s great for anyone who wants to have a yard sale with lots of foot traffic but maybe lives pretty far out of town or doesn’t have the space,” says Zanier. “It’s great for shoppers, especially those with kids or pets, who want to park once and then browse dozens of booths offering lots of different stuff.”

Want to be part of it? Vendors are welcome and it’s simple to join – register online, then pull up, pop your trunk, and start selling:

Registration: www.RotaryClubOfNorthMuskoka.com

Cost: $20 (car) or $40 (truck & trailer), plus 10% of sales (recommended)

Funds raised from the event support local initiatives focused on mental wellness, social equity, and environmental sustainability – especially for children, youth, and young adults. Supported programs include Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions Kids to Camp, YWCA Girls Unplugged, and the Huntsville Public Library Summer Reading Program.

Come early, bring a friend, and enjoy a day of great finds and community spirit.

Whether you’re looking to shop, sell, or simply enjoy a great community atmosphere, the Car Boot Sale is the place to be.

Spots are limited – register today.

Rain date is June 13, 2026.
